  • Identity verification documents: Retained for 5 years after account closure or the date of the last transaction, whichever is later.
  • Support communications: Retained for 3 years from the date of the communication.
  • Game session data: Retained for 2 years from the date of the session for dispute resolution purposes, then anonymised.
  • Analytics data: Anonymised within 12 months of collection.

After the applicable retention period, your personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. If you request deletion of your account before the end of a retention period, we will delete all data that we are not legally required to retain and will restrict processing of the remaining data to compliance purposes only.


8 Data Security
