Takabat Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Takabat platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating a Takabat account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything on this page.

Important: You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Takabat. If you do not meet the age requirement, please do not proceed with registration. Takabat reserves the right to verify age at any time and to close accounts that do not comply.

One Account Per Person

Each player is allowed one Takabat account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or someone else's — is a violation of these terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and any balances being forfeited. If you've lost access to your account, contact support rather than registering again.

Deposits and Withdrawals in BDT

All transactions on Takabat are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. Takabat does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return any such funds.

Bonus Terms Apply

All bonuses and promotions on Takabat come with wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates are published with each promotion. Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including using multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.

Account Security is Your Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your Takabat login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Takabat will never ask for your password via chat or email. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately and change your password. Takabat is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

Prohibited Conduct

Takabat prohibits any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software, or exploitation of software errors. Players found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts closed immediately and all funds forfeited. Takabat monitors all gameplay and transaction patterns and reserves the right to investigate any account at any time.

Responsible Gaming Tools

Takabat provides deposit limits, session timers, loss limits, and self-exclusion options to all players. These tools are available from your account settings at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within minutes and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Takabat encourages all players to use these tools to keep gaming enjoyable and within their means.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Takabat platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Takabat. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Takabat platform.

These terms apply to all services offered by Takabat, including but not limited to live casino games, fishing arcade games, slots, poker, and any other games or features available on the platform now or in the future. They also apply to the Takabat mobile app and any other access method we provide.

Takabat reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.


2 Eligibility

To register and use Takabat, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
  • You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
  • You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Takabat employee.
Age Verification: Takabat takes age verification seriously. We may request identity documents at any time to verify that you meet the minimum age requirement. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements above. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.


3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one Takabat account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, Takabat will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your contact details change, please update your account profile or contact support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Takabat will never ask for your password through any channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to us promptly.

Tip: Use a strong, unique password for your Takabat account and enable two-factor authentication from your account settings for an extra layer of security.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on Takabat are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We currently support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer to selected Bangladesh banks. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

Deposits are credited to your Takabat wallet in real time for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

  • Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered Takabat account holder — are not accepted.
  • If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned and the deposit will not be credited to your Takabat wallet.
  • Takabat does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Takabat reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in deposits being held pending verification.


5 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on Takabat is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. If that method is unavailable, our support team will work with you to arrange an alternative.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows under normal conditions:

  • bKash and Nagad: Within 5–15 minutes during operating hours.
  • Rocket: Within 15–30 minutes during operating hours.
  • Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

Before your first withdrawal, Takabat may require identity verification. This is a standard process and is designed to protect your account. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID card or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals will be held pending completion of this verification.

Please note: Any active bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have cleared all wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

Takabat reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, we will notify you and may request additional documentation before processing.


6 Bonuses and Promotions

Takabat offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the terms of that specific promotion in addition to these general terms.

General bonus rules that apply across all Takabat promotions:

  • Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless stated otherwise.
  • Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds not used before the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
  • Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are listed in the individual promotion terms.
  • Takabat reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • If Takabat determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or through abuse of the promotion system, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, placing bets that hedge or minimise risk in a way designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and any other conduct that Takabat reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers.


7 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on Takabat operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these general terms, the game's individual rules take precedence for matters specific to that game.

Takabat's RNG-based games use certified random number generation to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios operating under regulated conditions. Takabat does not alter game outcomes and does not work with providers who do.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — the following applies:

  • If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be returned to your wallet.
  • If a game round has been completed and the result recorded before a technical error occurs, the recorded result stands.
  • Takabat is not responsible for losses caused by your own internet connection issues or device failures.
Game History: A full record of your game history is available in your account dashboard. If you believe a game result is incorrect, contact support within 72 hours of the session with the relevant game round ID.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Takabat and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

  • Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that interacts with the platform without direct human input.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such issues must be reported to support immediately.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
  • Registering or playing on behalf of another person.
  • Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the Takabat platform.

Takabat monitors all gameplay and transaction activity. Accounts flagged for suspicious behaviour will be reviewed and may be suspended pending investigation. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and will provide account information when legally required to do so.


9 Account Suspension and Closure

Takabat reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
  • Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
  • Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
  • At your own request, including self-exclusion.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable verification is completed.

You may close your Takabat account at any time by contacting our support team. Please allow up to 5 business days for account closure to be processed and for any remaining balance to be returned.


10 Responsible Gaming

Takabat is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all of which are available from your account settings:

  • Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month.
  • Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you can lose in a given period.
  • Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration and receive a reminder when you approach it.
  • Self-Exclusion: Lock your account for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

We collect personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and improving our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Takabat's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Takabat is not liable for:

  • Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss.
  • Losses caused by your own internet connection, device failure, or power outage.
  • Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
  • Any interruption to the platform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, government actions, or natural events.

Nothing in these terms limits Takabat's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.


13 Changes to Terms

Takabat may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated terms will take effect from the date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page.

If you do not agree with any changes to these terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Continued use of Takabat after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
